Rebecca was sporting a very popular trend in NYC today. She pairs her bright mini dress with a navy striped cardi. But its the accessorizing that really catches my eye. I love the wrapped belt, layered necklaces and bad-ass Alexander Wang sandals. They really give an edge to an otherwise preppy outfit.
